As per NCF 2005 SSLC Students Evaluation is done under CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) performance is analysed through Formative Assessment and Summative Assessment, Formative assessment is done in School by Subject Teachers continuously, As per SSLC Exam Evaluation Pattern 4 Formative Assessment Tests in each Subject is Conducted throughout the year,

Each Formative Assessment is for 50 Marks (out of Which 2 Activities of 15 Marks Each is given and 1 Assessment Test is Conducted for 20 Marks) The Activities are given based on the lesson taught and used to judge their ability of learning , FA 1 is conducted in first week of July, FA 2 in 3^rd week of September, FA 3 in 1^st week of December and Fa 4 in 3^rd week of February, The marks Scored by Students in Each FA is recorded and in end taking total of FA 1 to FA 4 Marks they are reduced to 10%, those marks are internal assessment Marks and entered online

Formative Assessment Question Paper for 20 Marks should consist of Questions of Essay type, Short Answer type, Very Short Answer type, Multiple Choice Question Type, FA Test paper should be based on the Syllabus covered in that Particular time frame

In month of September Summative Assessment 1 is Conducted as per the Pattern of Exam, its only a Exam to Evaluate students ability the marks scored in Summative Assessment 1 will not be considered for Final Evaluation

Along with 4 FA and 1 SA for SSLC Students 1 District Level and 1 State Level Preparatory Exams are conducted, the Question papers are set according to the pattern of Exam, (note : The Preparatory Exam Marks are not Considered for Final Exams)

In Part B 4 Subjects Formative Assessment is Done throughout the year, for Part B Grades are allotted from A to C, those grades are considered for final Exams and will be printed in SSLC Marks Cards
