About CLAT

Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a National Level Entrance Exam conducted to take admission in 22 NLU’s in India. Not only for National Law Universities, CLAT scores are also considered as the gateway for many private and self-financed law colleges in India.

Several public organizations, such as BHEL, ONGC consider CLAT-PG scores for their legal recruitments. This is one of the biggest benefits of CLAT, as a secure future is guaranteed. Because of this reason, competition is also higher and tougher.

STEPS TO APPLY 

Step 1 : Kindly visit the official website of the Consortium of NLU’s. 

Step 2 : The application registration can only be done online through the official website of Consortium of NLU’s. 

Step 3 : Register using a valid email address and mobile number because OTP for verification will be sent to registered mobile number. 

Step 4 : Once your mobile number has been verifiedthen you can login using the mobile number and password that you have created.

Step 5 : Fill all the details carefully and finally cross verify once before submitting it. 

Step 6 : The name should be the same as in all your documents, if there is any mismatch that will makes your application disqualify. 

Step 7 : Select your priority among the 22 NLUs. 

Step 8 : You can’t change any details or priorities once you submit your application.

Step 9 : Pay the application fees online through the payment window using Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI.

Step 10 : Upload all the necessary scanned documents in prescribed format. 

Step 11 : Then, click on Submit button. 

Step 12 : Save a screenshot or take a print out of the payment receipt for your reference.

 CLAT ELIGIBILITY FOR 5 YEAR INTEGRATED COURSES

Aspirants who have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination from national or state board of education are eligible to apply for this exam.

Aspirants should have obtained a minimum of 45% aggregate if they belong to General/OBC/ PWD and 40% aggregate if they belong to SC/ ST category.

There is no age limit to apply for CLAT 2021 as the Bar Council of India (BCI) has removed the upper or lower age limit criteria for admissions to law courses.

ADMIT CARD

Step 1 : At first you have visit the official website of CLAT.

Step 2 : Enter your mobile number and password in the CLAT login window.

Step 3 : Check for admit card link and click on it.

Step 4 : The CLAT 2021 admit card will appear on the screen, you can download and take the print out of the admit card.

RESULTS

Step 1 : Visit the CLAT official website.

Step 2 : Login to your registered account.

Step 3 : Click on “View result” option.
