NISHTHA Training 2020

NISHTHA Training for Teachers Starting from 3rd November 2020 and DSERT has given options for the teachers to complete training in either English of Kannada, however the request is been made to provide in other Languages like Urdu, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, DSERT has sent an letter to NCERT and got an assurance but till then an interested teachers can do training in English, For more details CLICK HERE

NISHTHA Training for Teachers Starting from 3rd November 2020 and it’s compulsory that all Teachers Download DIKSHA APP and Login to complete the training Modules within specified time, Guide to Login follow the steps

Step 1 : VISIT Play Store in your Mobile Phone

Step 2 : DOWNLOAD DIKSHA APP and Install in your Phone

Step 3 : Open DIKSHA APP in your Mobile

Step 4 : CLICK on PROFILE in DIKSHA APP (Its Located at bottom in right Corner)

Step 5 : CLICK on LOGIN

Step 6 : CLICK on LOGIN with state System

Step 7 : Select your State (Karnataka)

Step 8 : CLICK on SUBMIT

Step 9 : ENTER your KGID Number and Password you have received through SMS from DSERT

Step 10 : CLICK LOGIN

NOTE : Your Name will be displayed with Green Tick Mark along with your DIKSHA app ID

OVERVIEW OF TRAINING

NISHTHA (National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advancement) is a Country wide Online Training Programme for all the Teachers and Heads / Principals of the School

NISHTHA Training consists of Totally 18 Modules, Once in 15 days 3 Modules to be completed by the Teachers

No physical Training will be provided to the Teachers, The Teachers themselves should Login through DIKSHA APP and take training, it is a self learning training programme, where at teachers are needed to read the modules and take the tests associated to the module

At the end of Each Module and Completion of Test the teachers will be provided a Certificate on the basis of Marks scored in Each Module, (NOTE : In upcoming days the certificate teachers get after completion may be considered for providing Increments and Promotions)

The NISHTHA Training is Scheduled to commence from 16th October 2020, before that all the Teachers are needed to join the Telegram Channel of KRP (Key Rsource Persons) and Download DIKSHA APP (To Download app CLICK HERE)

It is a capacity building programme for “Improving Quality of School Education through Integrated Teacher Training“, it aims to build competencies among all the teachers and school principals at the elementary stage and it is the world’s largest teachers’ training programme, One of the Major objective of this massive training programme is to motivate and equip teachers to encourage and foster critical thinking in students, the standardized training modules are developed at national level for all States and Union Territories

To improve learning outcomes at the elementary level through an Integrated Teacher Training Programme the Department of School Education and Literacy in 2109-20 has launched a National Mission under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Samagra Shiksha called NISHTHA (National Initiative for Schools Head’s and Teacher Holistic Advancement)
