Computer Literacy Test 



KEONICS has been entrusted with the task of conducting the Online Computer Literacy Test in association with the Centre for e-Governance. As per the Government Order No:DPAR 104 e-Gov 2014 dated 2nd December 2014, all Government employees are required to take the Online Computer Literacy Test ( i.e refer GO No DPAR 43 SCR 2008 Bangalore dated 07.03.2012) for which employees need not pay for the 1st attempt. However, any employee attempting to clear the Online Computer Literacy Test in a 2nd attempt or any further attempt is required to pay an Exam Fee of Rs 310/-(+banking service charges).


How to apply

  • Candidates/Employee are required to apply online through website. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted

  • Candidates/Employee are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID & Mobile number. It should be kept active till the completion of the exam / certification process. This email-id will be used for communication by the testing and certification agency.

    Under no circumstances, Candidates/Employee should not:

    • Share their email-id to any other person

    • Use e-mail ID of any other person

  • In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create a new e-mail ID before applying online

  • Candidate is required to upload the soft copy of the passport size photograph Max Size: 50 KB ,Min Size: 10 KB Allowed file extensions jpg or jpeg) & the signature (Max Size: 20 KB ,Min Size: 10 KB Allowed file extensions jpg or jpeg)


Online Registration

  • Fill in the details from the Fee Payment Challan in the Online Application Form at the appropriate places

  • If you have paid using debit/credit card, fill in the requested details appropriately in the Online Application Form

  • Ensure that all details are filled in correctly. Click the Submit button

  • Retain your Registration No. and Password for further reference

  • Candidates/Employee should provide valid registration number / date of birth and register to appear for the exam

  • Please do not send the printout/ fee payment receipt to the Testing and Certification Agency

  • Validity period for the fees paid is 30 days from the date of payment realization or 1 attempt whichever is earlier


Payment of Fees

  • Fees payable online – Examination Charges Rs.310/- (+banking service charges) for every additional attempt


Online Mode of Payment

  • Candidates/Employee can make payment online using Debit / Credit card powered by Master or Visa as well as using the Net Banking User ID/ Password.

  • This mode of payment will allow Candidates/Employee to select the exam centre and the date for the exam immediately

  • Candidates/Employee are now ready to Apply Online by re-visiting the web site and by clicking the Registration link in to register for the exam
